I'm unhappy with this firm!

I have used Globat as the hosting provider for brianhayes.com.
The company sends promotional email. They refuse to honor requests to stop.
Globat hides a very shady practice in these promotions.
They will automatically bill your account.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Globat will ring up your bill without you saying "Yes".
And, to beat all, they'll argue with you when you ask them to remove items on your bill you do not agree to buy and did not authorize.
And Globat will strong arm you and will freeze you out without notice.
Folks, unauthorized billing is an illegal practice. It doesn't matter if they print otherwise in a Terms of Service. And failure to provide access to a fully paid account is intimidation and fraud.
I am ashamed of Globat's practices and ashamed of Ben Neumann, Globat's CEO, and Tom Cox, Globat.com's Director of Customer Service.
Pilfering pockets is a form of fraud and usury.
My account at Globat is paid up and has been prepaid for years ahead, but should I move to a honest firm that carries out fair dealing?
