The herald of society rises slowly.

And often from surprising corners. This is the fabric of history itself. Even the most tense social order. Always on the verge of surprise.

Here, where surprise is most profound. Liquid cultures, capable of absorbing the incessant passions of humanity do so by ingeniously recognizing tensions between individual and collective sovereignty. It is the application of this ingenuity that presses the wise.

What is clearer today though is the effect of inaction. Directing a seeming balance of endeavor, the ideal can be lost in the fluid aggregation of individualists. This is the lesson of nihilist utopianists. It is the duty of any who aspire to remain within the decision of their creation, to first congeal it and then disperse it within the family of humanity.

The individual's talent, the individual's spirit of reliance upon change, is a response to the potential of the whole, not to the arrangement of the immediate.

The simultaneous fostering of the individual and the whole of society is the crucible for the imagination and growth of a free society. Pressure from the aggrandizing entities of selfulness is the heated breath and may merely indicate the signature of the despot.

There is a union in humanity made first and most strongly by birth. The realization of this moral cooperation is the transcendent victory of all humanity. This victory occurs constantly, for it can be found not only in any particular group or institution, but in independent activity. This is the first seed of the tree of humanity and within it is the first seed of capital itself.

From human capital springs all other.

And where are these seeds planted most assuredly if not in the bond between men?
