The premixed product features a 25-year warranty, guaranteeing that the product will resist most common household stains such as wine, coffee, ketchup and shoe polish, as well as mold, mildew and color fading.

When using this product make sure to remove the haze after 60 minutes, not 24 hours like the directions say. The grout doesnt come up very easily.
